Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join a small, tight-knit crew in Wasilla/Palmer, Alaska.

You will lead framing, finish carpentry, and supervise other carpenters on-site, bringing strong leadership and high-quality craftsmanship to residential and commercial projects. Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience including lead/supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and general building practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead framing, finish carpentry, and general construction on residential/commercial projects.
• Supervise and mentor other carpenters on-site.
• Read and interpret blueprints; ensure work meets code and quality standards.
• Keep projects on schedule and communicate progress to ownership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
