Renewal By Andersen of Vermont is seeking a Lead Carpenter for premium residential window and door installations. You will lead field operations on-site, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and clear communication with homeowners across the region.

This full-time role offers $30-$34/hour plus project completion bonuses up to $1,800/month, a company vehicle, travel and lodging coverage, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated carpentry experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Age 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service skills and team mindset.
• Willing to travel up to 80% of hours across the service territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site removal and installation of residential exterior windows and doors.
• Manage field installation workflows to meet quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners on a daily basis.
• Supervise and coach installation team members on safety and efficiency.
• Resolve carpentry and installation challenges to stay on schedule.
• Maintain safety protocols and lead-safe practices.
