Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Minnesota is seeking a Lead Installer to manage window and door installations on a single job site. You will ensure customer satisfaction, plan materials, and verify measurements before work begins.

The role emphasizes hands-on craftsmanship, leadership of installers, and strong communication with homeowners. A minimum of five years in window installation and site leadership is preferred; a valid driver's license is required; base pay plus bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years Window installation and remodeling experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years managing job sites and leading crews in a construction environment.
• Ability and willingness to coach and mentor other installers.
• A proven track record of superior workmanship.
• Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available (7 a.m.–7 p.m.).
• Ability to lift up to 83 pounds.
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to communicate effectively with peers and homeowners.
• Ability to handle confrontation with tact and diplomacy, maintain perspective under demanding conditions.
• Organize tasks and job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead window and door installations on a single job site with pre-arrival planning and material coordination.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, measure and verify installations, and properly shut down the site.
• Provide direction and training to Installers according to Renewal by Andersen guidelines.
• Represent the company as a customer-service expert and brand steward on site.
