Job summary

Renewal By Andersen of Vermont is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-end residential window and door replacement projects from handoff to completion. You will lead installation crews, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure total homeowner satisfaction while representing a trusted regional brand.

You will collaborate with sales and installation teams, adapt specifications, confirm contract details, and resolve site issues to deliver exceptional results with a strong emphasis on customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in home improvement or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of residential construction processes and site workflows.
• Experience recruiting and managing independent contractors.

Responsibilities

• Adapt project specs to fit customer expectations.
• Confirm contract details align with product options.
• Determine labor durations and material needs for each site.
• Troubleshoot site issues and support installation crews.
