You will align installation teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure homeowner satisfaction while upholding the brand's commitment to quality.

Responsibilities include adapting specs to match customer needs, coordinating with sales and subcontractors, and driving project performance in a travel-heavy, onsite role across Vermont.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in home improvement or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proven customer service background with conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of residential construction techniques and site workflows.
• Experience recruiting and managing independent contractors.

Responsibilities

• Adapt production specifications to match customer expectations.
• Confirm sales contract details aligning with options and processes.
• Determine installation labor durations and material needs for each site.
• Troubleshoot real-time site issues and support installation crews.
• Work with homeowners to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-sale site visits to define scope and pricing.
• Support leadership in recruiting and onboarding independent subcontractors.
