Renewal By Andersen of Vermont is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-end residential window and door replacement projects from handoff to completion. You will coordinate installation teams, manage schedules, and protect homeowner satisfaction while upholding quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in home improvement or construction, a valid driver's license, and a proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in home improvement or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven customer service background with conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of residential construction techniques and site workflows.
• Experience recruiting and managing independent contractors.

Responsibilities

• Adapt production specifications to provide installation solutions matching customer expectations.
• Confirm sales contract details to align customer expectations with product options and processes.
• Determine required installation labor durations and material needs for every job site.
• Troubleshoot real-time site issues and provide direct support to installation crews.
• Work directly with homeowners to resolve project concerns and ensure absolute satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-sale site visits with sales representatives to define contract scope and pricing.
• Support installation leadership with the recruitment and onboarding of independent subcontractors.
