Renewal by Andersen is seeking an experienced Lead Installer to manage window and door installations on single job sites. You will plan materials, verify measurements, and oversee on-site teams to ensure high quality and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Window installation and remodeling experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years managing job sites and leading crews in a construction environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 83 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead window and door installations at single job sites.
• Plan pre-arrival materials and measure windows/doors before start.
• Provide direction and training to Installers on site.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper job shutdown.
