Archadeck Outdoor Living, the Denver area’s premier design and build firm specializing in outdoor living spaces (Decks, Pergolas, Paver Patios, Covered Porches), is seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our growing team and lead carpentry crews on outdoor projects.

The role requires strong hands-on experience, ability to read plans, and effective communication with customers and crew. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism
• Be on time and work hard (demolition, moving lumber and digging holes to laying out, constructing complex structures and finish carpentry)
• Be part of cultivating a positive atmosphere and have a positive attitude
• Be teachable and willing to ask questions
• Be self-motivated and a good problem solver
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Be willing to work in the elements as all work is outside
• Be organized

Responsibilities

• Lead carpentry crews and oversee project execution
• Read and communicate plans to crew
• Frame, install decking, stairs, railings and light finish work
• Ensure quality and safety on decks, pergolas, and covered patios
• Coordinate with management and customers to meet deadlines
