Archadeck Outdoor Living seeks experienced carpentry professionals for residential building and remodeling projects. You will deliver finished work to contract specifications and customer expectations while upholding safety and franchise standards.

Strong communication and a proven ability to follow documented processes are essential. Join a team focused on high-quality decks, porches, sunrooms, and outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• Extensive carpentry techniques including framing, trim, exterior and interior work.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and check take-offs.
• Valid CT contractor license (HIC) and workers' compensation insurance for you and your carpentry assistant.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; follow documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees to follow construction drawings and ensure details meet specs.
• Check drawings against sales design for adequacy and accuracy.
• Verify materials against take-offs and report shortages to keep workflow uninterrupted.
• Establish and maintain a project schedule with the franchisee.
• Keep job sites orderly and compliant with safety practices.
• Maintain positive relations with customers and address concerns with the franchisee.
• Refer problems to the franchisee for prompt resolution.
• Contact the franchisee to resolve issues quickly when needed.
• Comply with the Subcontractor Agreement as signed.
