Job summary

Archadeck Outdoor Living seeks construction professionals with established carpentry expertise to support residential building and remodeling projects. You will ensure final products meet contract specs, customer expectations, and franchise standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating crews, verifying drawings, checking materials, and maintaining safety on site while keeping excellent client relations. PA-licensed carpentry experience is required.

Qualifications

• Clean and professional appearance as a prerequisite for field work.
• Strong communication and people skills for client interaction.
• Willingness to learn and follow documented processes and standards.
• Ability to work from details and a quality assurance checklist independently.
• Deep carpentry background: framing, trim, exterior and interior, foundations to roof.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and check take-offs.
• Ability to lay out footings or foundations accurately.
• Ability to determine elevations for proper installation.
• Licensed and insured to work in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crews to follow construction drawings per details.
• Verify drawings align with sales design for accuracy.
• Check materials against take-off; report shortages to franchisee.
• Establish and follow a schedule with the franchisee.
• Maintain an orderly, safe job site and enforce safety practices.
• Maintain positive relations with customers.
• Escalate problems to the franchisee for resolution.
• Contact franchisee to resolve issues promptly.
• Comply with the Subcontractor Agreement as signed.
