• 8+ years of carpentry experience, preferably focused on decks or outdoor construction.
• Strong knowledge of framing, layout, and finishing techniques.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift, climb, kneel, crawl, and maneuver materials.
• Reliable, efficient, and quality-driven work ethic.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools and ability to keep them in safe working order.
