You will lead carpentry crews, manage site logistics, read blueprints, and ensure craftsmanship meets high standards while coordinating with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience required.
• Experience in high-end residential remodeling preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must own a full set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead carpentry teams and subcontractors on high-end residential remodeling projects.
• Oversee site logistics and daily schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
• Perform high-quality installations that meet specifications and exceed expectations.
• Manage punch lists and ensure all final details are completed to the highest standard.
• Enforce job site safety and mentor team members on best practices.
