Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of residential carpentry or construction experience.
- Basic tool knowledge and eagerness to grow your technical skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in framing, trim, cabinetry, and installation work
- Support Lead and Skilled Carpenters across all project phases
- Maintain safe, organized, and clean job sites
- Learn to interpret blueprints and specs for residential projects
- Use hand and power tools under supervision with growing autonomy
- Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
