Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an experienced Carpenter Foreman for the Telluride, CO Four Seasons Hotel project. This long-term, contract-to-hire role leads crews on a ground-up commercial build, with housing, per diem, and a company truck provided.

The position is fully onsite in Telluride, with a 3-year project duration and an annual pay of $40–$48 per hour. Responsibilities include coordinating 5-10+ carpenters, reading plans, ensuring safety and quality, and meeting production goals while working

Qualifications

• 5+ years foreman experience.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading crews on large projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate daily activities.
• Experience working for large GC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crews of 5-10+ carpenters and laborers.
• Manage daily work activities and production goals.
• Read plans, coordinate with superintendents, and solve field issues.
• Perform layout, formwork, rough carpentry, and general carpentry tasks.
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Work alongside the crew when needed.
