Job summary

Private Construction Company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Finish Carpenter Foreman for a full-time seasonal role. You will lead installation crews on commercial interior projects in grocery stores, big-box retailers, and retail malls, ensuring on-time, on-spec results and a strong safety culture.

You will interpret blueprints, communicate work plans to your crew, and stay hands-on while managing up to four-person crews.

Responsibilities

Private Construction Company is hiring a Finish Carpenter Foreman based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA with travel throughout the Western U.S. This is a full-time seasonal role paying $35 to $45 per hour with paid travel time, per diem, and mileage reimbursement. You will lead installation crews on commercial interior projects in grocery stores, big-box retailers, and retail malls.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Lead and supervise a crew of carpenters and installers through daily tasks, assignments, and workflow

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications and communicate work plans to your team

• Install and oversee installation of commercial fixtures, modular cabinets, countertops, trim, and wall paneling

• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance on the job site

• Track project progress, crew hours, and materials used and report status to project managers

• Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and project management
