Aerotek is hiring an experienced Carpenter Foreman for the Telluride, CO Four Seasons Hotel project. This long-term, contract-to-hire role leads crews on a ground-up commercial build, with housing, per diem, and a company truck provided.

The position is fully onsite in Telluride, with a 3-year project duration and an annual pay of $40–$48 per hour. Responsibilities include coordinating 5-10+ carpenters, reading plans, ensuring safety and quality, and meeting production goals while working

Qualifications

• 5+ years foreman experience.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading crews on large projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate daily activities.
• Experience working for large GC preferred.

We're hiring an experienced Carpenter Foreman for the construction of the new Four Seasons Hotel in Telluride, CO. This is a long-term opportunity leading crews on a large ground-up commercial project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crews of 5-10+ carpenters and laborers
• Manage daily work activities and production goals
• Read plans, coordinate with superintendents, and solve field issues
• Perform layout, formwork, rough carpentry, and general carpentry tasks
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Work alongside the crew when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of Foreman experience
• Ground-up commercial construction experience
• Experience leading crews on large projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and coordinate daily work activities
• Experience working for large General Contractors preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
