Job summary

TIC Inc. in Ridgeland, MS, seeks a Lead Construction Supervisor to manage daily activities of the crew in alignment with project timelines, plans and safety standards. You will coordinate resources, monitor performance and report progress against budgets and schedules.

You will ensure equipment operation, enforce safety rules, conduct toolbox talks, and communicate plans to leadmen and crews, while maintaining quality workmanship and company reputation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequence of activities for the crew.
• Complete work within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Ensure safety of crew and conduct operations per company and government safety rules.
• Develop and maintain crew attitude via toolbox meetings and clear communication of plans to leadmen and crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
