Job summary

TIC – The Industrial Company in the United States seeks a skilled Lead Construction Supervisor to oversee daily crew activities, align work with project timelines, specifications, codes, and industry standards, and provide on-the-job training on safety and procedures.

You will supervise craft workers, coordinate equipment, materials, and schedules, ensure accurate reporting, foster a safety-focused culture, and drive timely completion within budget while upholding quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction crews on projects.
• Ability to plan and coordinate resources safely.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Understand scheduling, reporting and cost basics.
• Proven ability to train teams on safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities, productivity, time sheets and reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing activities.
• Ensure work is completed on time and within estimated costs while upholding quality.
• Oversee crew safety and enforce company and government safety rules.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate plans, safety concerns and schedules.
• Monitor compliance with all company policies.
