Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a solid Lead Carpenter to join our team. This role requires someone who can run a job, lead a crew, stay organized, and keep projects moving with minimal supervision.

You’ll read plans, manage framing and trim, coordinate with subs, and keep the jobsite clean and efficient. A strong eye for detail and the ability to handle tools and materials with a crew are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction.
• Experience running jobs or readiness to step into that role.
• Ability to work without constant oversight.
• Reliable, communicates well, and gets tasks done.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with subs and keeping things on track.
• Keeping the jobsite clean and dialed.
• Using our logistics system to prep for the next day (big one for us)
• Solving problems before they become issues.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years experience in residential construction.
• You’ve run jobs before (or are ready to step into it).
• You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder all day.
• You show up, communicate, and get things done.
• Strong attention to detail — we care about clean work.
• Can handle tools, materials, and a crew without chaos.
