Position Overview

We provide a steady, year-round stream of residential and light commercial projects, taking care of all the scheduling, dispatching, and billing for you. What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to scheduled jobs in the local Brandon area, assess the scope of work with customers, and perform a variety of home improvement tasks. Compensation and Benefits

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a carpenter, handyman, or residential remodeler.
• Practical proficiency in a broad range of home repairs, including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, door and window installation, flooring, and minor electrical/plumbing work.
• Ownership of a standard set of hand and power tools appropriate for daily remodeling and repair tasks.
• Ownership of a reliable work truck or van capable of transporting tools and materials.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with homeowners in a professional, courteous manner.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Prior experience using mobile apps or digital tools for scheduling, time tracking, or job documentation.
