Project And Property LLC is seeking a Construction Foreman / Lead Carpenter to join our Lake Worth Beach team, with coverage across Palm Beach County. This hands-on role demands ownership of jobsites, coordination of subcontractors, and direct carpentry work to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential construction, a solid carpentry skill set, and the ability to read plans. OSHA certs are preferred, and Buildertrend experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 5+ years of residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with framing, drywall, trim, doors, demolition, finish work, and punch work.
• Experience leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, or running jobsites.
• Ability to read construction plans and scopes of work.
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing.
• Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools.
• Smartphone and willingness to use Buildertrend and other project management tools.

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProject And Property LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Construction Foreman / Lead Carpenter to join our team in Lake Worth Beach and throughout Palm Beach County.

This is a hands-on leadership position, not a supervision-only role. We need someone who can take ownership of a jobsite, coordinate subcontractors and field personnel, maintain quality and organization, and personally perform construction work when needed.

The right candidate is a builder, leader, and problem solver who thinks ahead and is willing to pick up the tools to keep the project moving.

You do not need to be a master of every trade, but you should have strong general construction knowledge, solid carpentry skills, and the ability to complete everyday field tasks correctly and efficiently.

• Hands-on experience with framing, drywall, trim, doors, demolition, finish work, and punch work
• Experience leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, or running jobsites
• Ability to read construction plans and scopes of work
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing
• Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and anticipate upcoming needs
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone and willingness to use Buildertrend and other project management tools
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

We want someone who takes ownership and thinks ahead. If a subcontractor is coming tomorrow, you make sure the site is ready. If materials are needed next week, you identify them before they delay production. If something isn't built correctly, you address it. If a door needs to be installed, drywall patched, trim finished, or a punch list completed, you're willing and able to get it done.
