Job summary

The position pays $22–$24 per hour with DOE and runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and community outreach to enhance caregiver performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support caregivers as a positive role model.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and staff support.

• Assist leadership with staffing needs and agency initiatives.
• Fill open shifts and respond to urgent staffing needs.
• Support caregiver retention by providing coverage and backing.
• Conduct caregiver and client home visits; assist with intakes.
• Mentor new caregivers and support ongoing development.
• Assist with outreach and relationships with referral sources.
