Family Resource Home Care in The Dalles, OR is seeking Lead Caregivers to join our award-winning team. Lead caregivers support clients on critical shifts, cover fill-ins, train new staff, and respond quickly to scheduling needs.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, a WA driver’s license, and active auto insurance. Pay is $23.50 per hour with flexible hours, weekly pay, ongoing training, and travel time compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport clients in a reliable vehicle and hold WA Driver's license with active auto insurance.
• One year of home care, AFH, hospital or nursing home experience preferred.
• Active state NAC/CNA or HCA license is required.

Responsabilités

• Cook/serve meals as needed.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities.
• Transport clients to errands or appointments.
• Assist with gait belt or Hoyer transfers.
• Monitor and report on clients' condition.
• Perform household chores as needed.
