Job summary

At Ease Home Care is seeking a Lead Caregiver in Idaho to join our growing team. This leadership role guides caregivers, supports client care, and helps drive agency growth throughout Idaho and Washington. Flexible hours required with a schedule Tue–Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and a pay rate of $22–$24/hr DOE.

This role emphasizes mentoring, staff coordination, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes. Travel and occasional after-hours work may be necessary to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to caregivers in the field.
• Help fill open shifts and respond to urgent staffing needs.
• Conduct caregiver and client home visits and assist with client intakes.
• Mentor new caregivers and support ongoing development.
• Support agency growth through outreach and referral relationships.
