Responsibilities

• Lead caregivers and serve as a positive role model for teamwork.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to caregivers in the field.
• Assist leadership with staffing needs and agency initiatives.
• Fill open shifts and respond to urgent staffing needs.
• Support retention by helping caregivers feel supported and successful.
• Step in when needed to ensure client care needs are met.
• Conduct caregiver and client home visits.
• Assist with client intakes and assessments.
• Support quality assurance and client satisfaction efforts.
• Communicate updates to leadership.
• Assist with orientation and training for caregivers.
• Mentor new caregivers and support ongoing development.
• Reinforce company policies, procedures, and documentation expectations.
• Assist with community outreach and marketing efforts.
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Support agency growth and development initiatives.
