Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and ensure coverage.
• Deliver hands‑on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Coach staff on quality standards, hospitality, and documentation.
• Review charting to align with Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns.
• Support onboarding and mentoring new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions.
