Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver in the United States. You will serve as shift leader, ensuring exceptional resident care while coaching the caregiving team. You’ll lead assignments, monitor changes, review ISPs, and help onboard new staff in a compassionate, professional setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision‑making skills expected.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance and coverage.
• Provide hands‑on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance and smooth shift transitions.
