Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to guide teams and deliver compassionate senior care. You will lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage while providing hands-on ADL support when needed.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or equivalent
• First Aid certification required or equivalent
• Medication administration certification required
• Excellent communication, delegation and decision‑making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
• Provide hands‑on ADL support when needed
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions
