The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to care plans; prior experience in assisted living or memory care is valued, along with CPR/First Aid and medication administration certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills a must.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands‑on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions.
