Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma/GED, CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications, with strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills and prior experience in assisted living or memory care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions.
