Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking an experienced Lead Caregiver to mentor others, build relationships, and deliver exceptional home care for seniors. You will lead care matches, supervise new caregivers, and ensure a Platinum Care Experience for clients.

You will travel across the West Metro, support families, and maintain documentation to Comfort Keepers and Minnesota Department of Health standards. CNA preferred, 3+ years of caregiving, and 1+ year leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience (CNA preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership, coaching, mentoring, and/or training experience.
• Experience supporting seniors with dementia, hospice, or home care needs.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Comfortable managing bedbound care, transfers, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and support new caregivers.
• Introduce caregivers to new clients and match them appropriately.
• Complete supervisory visits.
• Provide hands-on care and companionship in clients' homes.
• Help maintain client satisfaction and caregiver engagement.
• Document care activities to meet standards.
