Qualifications
1+ year of experience in caregiving, HHA, CNA, or home-health.
Willingness to obtain CPR certification if not already certified.
Ability to lift or transfer clients as required.
Responsibilities
Lead by example in launching new cases and mentoring caregivers.
Provide hands-on care to clients including hygiene and medication reminders.
Conduct home-safety assessments and document care updates.
Train caregivers through one-on-one coaching and ongoing assessments.
Serve on the on-call rotation to handle caregiver call-out issues.
