Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in caregiving, HHA, CNA, or home-health.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification if not already certified.
• Ability to lift or transfer clients as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in launching new cases and mentoring caregivers.
• Provide hands-on care to clients including hygiene and medication reminders.
• Conduct home-safety assessments and document care updates.
• Train caregivers through one-on-one coaching and ongoing assessments.
• Serve on the on-call rotation to handle caregiver call-out issues.
