Job summary

Caretech is seeking a Lead Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care and coordinate client coverage in the community. You’ll respond to new client needs, assist with hiring events, and support office projects as required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, email, and basic office technology.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.
• Ability to travel locally between client homes and attend hiring/community events.
• Flexibility to assist with changing client, staffing, and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, dependable, hands-on care to clients in their homes.
• Help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Provide a professional and positive Caretech experience wherever you go.
