Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking a Lead Caregiver to provide one-on-one companionship and holistic care to seniors in the local community. You will help maintain dignity, joy, and personalized support while coordinating care across multiple Clients.

As a Lead, you’ll train and mentor teammates, manage diverse tasks, and ensure high-quality care with wraparound support. The role emphasizes reliability, transportation, and a heartfelt commitment to clients and families.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and experienced Caregiver.
• Willing to assist with personal care.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to travel up to 30 miles one way.
• Experience in Disability Personal Support Worker, Assisted Living, or Community Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the most comprehensive levels of training to serve and support all Client service levels needed.
• Must commit to working at least 39 hours weekly, be assigned to any shifts type, and serve multiple Clients of all service types - including last minute needs.
• Must have advanced skills in all areas of Caregiving - mobility assistance, medication management, Nurse-delegated tasks, Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, etc.
• Must have reliable and fully insured transportation.
