Key duties include ADL assistance, medication reminders, and documentation; expect flexible shifts (8, 10, 12 hours) and a supportive work culture focused on safety, integrity, and client dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with ADLs for elderly clients.
• Ability to follow care plans and document daily activities.
• Strong communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living per the plan of care.
• Administer medication reminders and coordinate transportation.
• Maintain safety and report changes to supervisor.
