Avenues Home Care in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home support to elderly and disabled clients, following each client's plan of care. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed, while maintaining safety and dignity.
