Care to Stay Home is seeking an experienced Lead Caregiver to mentor a team of caregivers and deliver high‑quality in‑home senior care. You’ll introduce caregivers to new clients, support transitions, and uphold our care standards.

You will supervise care delivery while remaining hands‑on with personal care, companionship, and mobility support. Leadership and reliable transportation are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Current CNA/NAC certification required.
• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be willing to work throughout Spokane and Kootenai County to support our clients and caregivers.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain with employer support.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor caregivers through onboarding, training, and competency assessments.
• Provide exceptional client care including assistance with personal care and mobility.
• Plan and coordinate care transitions and scheduling with the Care Manager.
• Perform home safety checks and document updates to care plans.
• Respond to scheduling needs and support urgent caregiver coverage.
