Home Instead in Liberty, MO seeks a Lead Caregiver to train and mentor our team of Care Professionals, ensuring exceptional care for seniors and strong client relationships.

You will mentor new caregivers, support the team, and participate in quality checks and records updates, while growing your leadership and caregiving skills within a supportive environment.

Formación

• Experience providing professional, compassionate care to seniors.
• CNA preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Train and mentor caregivers: coach new team members during shifts.
• Build relationships: introduce caregivers to clients and families.
• Support your team: be a resource and answer questions.
• Provide exceptional care: fill in for caregiver shifts when needed.
• Ensure quality: conduct client visits and follow up with families.

What You'll Do

• Train and mentor caregivers: Work alongside new Care Pros during their first shifts, providing hands‑on training and encouragement.
• Build relationships: Introduce caregivers to new clients and families to ensure a positive start.
• Support your team: Serve as a resource for caregivers, answering questions and helping them succeed.
• Provide exceptional care: Fill in for caregiver shifts when needed.
• Ensure quality: Conduct client quality assurance visits and follow up with caregivers and families.
• Maintain records: Update client assessments and caregiver skills in our care management software.

What We're Looking For

• Experience providing professional, compassionate care to seniors. CNA preferred but not required.
