Job summary

Home Instead – Liberty, MO is seeking a Lead Caregiver to train and mentor a team of Care Professionals while ensuring exceptional senior care. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offers ongoing leadership development and meaningful work with a supportive team.

The role focuses on hands-on training, client introductions, and maintaining high-quality care, with competitive pay in the $21–$23 per hour range. CNA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.

• Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor caregivers: Work alongside new Care Pros during their first shifts, providing hands-on training and encouragement.
• Build relationships: Introduce caregivers to new clients and families to ensure a positive start.
• Support your team: Serve as a resource for caregivers, answering questions and helping them succeed.
• Provide exceptional care: Fill in for caregiver shifts when needed.
• Ensure quality: Conduct client quality assurance visits and follow up with caregivers and families.
• Maintain records: Update client assessments and caregiver skills in our care management software.
