Babette Home Care is seeking a Lead Caregiver to combine hands-on care with leadership. You will set the standard for professionalism, mentor teammates, and ensure high‑quality services across client visits.

This role includes onboarding new caregivers, coordinating with families, managing on‑call coverage, and upholding safety and care plans. If you value compassionate service and seek growth into a Care Manager position, this is the place to excel.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience in home care, senior care, or related setting.
• Experience as a CNA, HHA, or other direct-care professional preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow company policies.
• Comfortable using mobile applications to complete care documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on care including personal hygiene, mobility, transfers, meals, companionship and light housekeeping.
• Assist with launching new client cases and smooth transitions into services.
• Introduce assigned caregivers to clients and families and review routines and care plans.
• Provide temporary or emergency coverage to maintain continuity of care.
• Lead by example, mentor caregivers, and support quality assurance and documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support management with scheduling needs.
