Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Lead Caregiver for its Community - Wellness on second shift in Owosso, MI. You will lead a small care team and provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents, including daily living activities, mobility support, meals, and medication reminders.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CNA or MA with 2 years of related experience, and CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Benefits for full-time employees are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and be accountable for your team and performance.
• Uphold 1440 care standards and ensure residents and families are supported.
• Communicate changes to Wellness Leader promptly and clearly.
• Provide compassionate care: bathing, grooming, dining assistance, mobility, toileting, reminders for medications and activities, and room upkeep.
• Document according to company policies.
• Be available to work weekends and/or on call as needed.
