Leisure Living - Oliver Woods in Owosso, MI is seeking a Care Team Lead to supervise the care team during the 2nd shift. The role requires on-site presence to coordinate resident care and safety, mentor staff, and ensure service plans are followed with compassion and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, completion of Care Specialist I & II within 90 days, and at least 6 months of related experience.

• Completion of Care Specialist I & II within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 6 months of recent Care Specialist experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site lead for care team on shift.
• Assist with orientation and training for care team members.

• Ensure resident safety and proper lifting practices.
