CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Lead Caregiver for Leisure Living - Oliver Woods in Owosso, MI. You will guide a caregiving team, provide compassionate resident support, and ensure 1440 care standards are met while maintaining clear family communications.

The role requires CNA/MA credentials or related experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and a High School diploma or GED. Weekend/on-call availability is required, with full-time opportunities on 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous health care or geriatric experience preferred.
• CNA or MA with 2 years of related experience or training.
• CPR/First Aid certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written/oral/visual instructions.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and their performance.
• Timely & Accountability Attendance: uphold schedule and be ready to start on time.
• Understand and lead 1440 care standards to meet residents’ needs.
• Communicate messages tactfully and timely with residents’ families and ensure understanding.
• Provide timely and detailed information to Wellness Leader about changes to a resident’s needs.

Connaissances
