Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous health care or geriatric experience preferred.
• CNA or MA with 2 years of related experience or training.
• CPR/First Aid certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written/oral/visual instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and be accountable for your team and their performance.
• Uphold attendance and be ready to start on time, remaining on shift.
• Lead 1440 care standards to meet residents’ and families’ needs.
• Communicate with families in a timely and clear manner.
• Provide timely updates to Wellness Leader about residents’ changes.
