Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions seeks a Lead Career Adviser to drive success in the FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET) program. You will mentor staff, ensure service quality, and align activities with participant goals and compliance standards.

You will lead staffing discussions, oversee performance, analyze outcomes, and promote participant-centered service delivery across Racine, Kenosha, and Waukesha office locations. This in-person role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years in workforce development, career coaching, employment services, or related field.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or leading staff.
• Understanding of participant-centered case management and career planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to case management staff.
• Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.
• Lead team meetings, case staffing, and performance discussions.
• Ensure assessments and employability plans align with program requirements.
• Monitor engagement, retention, and employment outcomes; drive improvements.
