Job summary

Home Instead in Seattle's North, South & West Seattle areas is seeking a Lead Care Pro to join a fast-paced caregiving team. The role covers open shifts, onboarding new caregivers, mentoring staff, and maintaining high-quality client care while coordinating with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds an active CNA or HCA license, has at least 2 years of caregiving experience, and demonstrates strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

Current resume required to be considered.
Active caregiving certification (CNA/HCA).
Prior caregiving experience.
Leadership or Training Experience - Preferred.
Valid Washington State driver’s license.
Auto insurance, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Cover open shifts and call-offs during scheduled work hours.
Mentor new caregivers and assist with skill development.
Provide feedback and support to caregivers.
Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure proper onboarding.
Communicate with the office and care team regarding changes in client condition and caregiver feedback.
