Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, providing hands-on ADL support and coaching the caregiving team to maintain high-quality resident care.

You will review charts for ISP alignment, monitor resident changes, and ensure safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions while modeling professionalism and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards
• Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)

Pay Range: 19.65 - 24.60
