Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New York is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, delivering high-quality resident care while coaching the caregiving team.

You will lead shift assignments, ensure safety and compliance, monitor resident changes, mentor new staff, and support onboarding in an assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Medication Administration certification may be required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
