Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Kennebunk, ME is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader and deliver exceptional resident care. You will coach the caregiving team, coordinate coverage, and ensure quality in daily activities with compassion and professionalism.

You’ll bring a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and Medication Administration certification, plus strong communication and decision-making skills. This role offers growth opportunities in a supportive senior-care environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan.
