Sunrise Senior Living in Media, PA is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader and deliver high-quality resident care while mentoring the caregiving team.

You will supervise shift assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, coach staff on care standards, review charting for ISP alignment, and monitor resident changes. This role blends hands-on care with frontline leadership in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsabilidades

What We're Looking For:

Pay Range: 17.00 - 21.35
